Strawberry Fields - The Classic Breakfast Shake

1 1/2 cups of coconut water
1 cup of frozen strawberries. When strawberries are in season, I like to thinly slice and freeze my own. Thinly sliced puree better in the blender, but whole strawberries will work. Let the whole strawberries sit in the blender, submerged in the coco water for a couple of minutes to let them thaw out. Then, add the other ingredients.
1/2 to a whole banana. Sometimes, when I have bananas that I haven't eaten, that get really soft before they're too old, I slice them up and put them in the freezer for my shakes.
1/3 cup of raw oatmeal
Splash of orange juice
For a protein boost, add two scoops of all-natural, unsalted peanut butter or vanilla protein powder (if you don't mind adding "unnatural" ingredients).
Blend for 30-60 seconds

Loco Coco Coffee - The"SpoilurSelf" Breakfast Shake

We want about 1 1/2 cups of coffee that were brewed using coconut water. It's better to plan ahead and put the coffee in the refrigerator the night before so it's cold. Coconut water has a very mild sweetness and will be undetectable in your next one or two batches of coffee that are brewed.
One medium to large banana that has been thinly sliced and frozen.
2-3 large tablespoons of all natural, unsalted peanut butter
1/3 cup of raw oatmeal
Put in the blender and blend
While blending, add about 2 or three tablespoons of chocolate syrup, preferably, an all natural, dark chocolate syrup.
